SSP Grinding Solutions has been family owned since 1991 and was one of the first grinding tool makers in South Korea. Their burr sets replace the factory steel in the grinder you already own, and they change how the coffee tastes as much as how fast it grinds.
We carry SSP sets from 58mm up to 98mm in Red Speed and Silver Knight coatings, across espresso, filter and multipurpose cuts. Red Speed holds a few more fines and leans towards espresso body. Silver Knight runs cleaner and lighter, so it suits filter and mixed duty. Both are rated to around five tonnes of coffee, against a few hundred kilos for plain steel.
