Our Signature Series is a collection of our 85+ scoring micro lots - meticulously curated to captivate the most discerning palates. 

These beans are the rare gems of the coffee world, sourced from limited yields per farm, with our exclusive allocation being a small lot of these exquisite harvests.

All coffee beans in this range are kept in vacuum-sealed lots to preserve their moisture content, quality and freshness. Each bag sold is roasted on demand in our ROEST Sample Roaster and clearly labelled with the roast date.
