About our roasted coffee

Our Signature Series is a collection of our 85+ scoring micro lots - meticulously curated to captivate the most discerning palates. 

These beans are the rare gems of the coffee world, sourced from limited yields per farm, with our exclusive allocation being a small lot of these exquisite harvests.

While these beans are ideally suited for filter brewing / Black Coffee, their versatility allows for an exceptional espresso experience, should you choose to explore it. Due to bright flavour notes and acidity many do not taste well with milk, please check the product page for more information

All coffee beans in this range are kept in vacuum-sealed lots to preserve their moisture content, quality and freshness. Each bag sold is roasted on demand in our ROEST Sample Roaster and clearly labelled with the roast date.

No Gold Stars is economically priced and usually Scores 85-87
1 Gold Star is the premium end of the market and usually scores 87-90
2 Gold Stars is Cup Of Excellent Quality at a very high price scoring 90+
