Are you looking to buy SSP 75mm Red Speed Burrs to fit Anfim SP II, Super Caimano in Australia?
A premium burr set for Anfim 75mm grinders from SSP Grinding Solutions in South Korea. The burrs are CNC milled from tool steel to SSP's own cutting geometry, which is not the factory Anfim design, and they have been tested to give a more even, uniform grind. The Red Speed hard coating lasts far longer than the titanium coating on the original burrs.
These burrs turn left, which is correct for Anfim. That is also why they will not go into a Eureka or Mythos body.
Compatibility
SSP makes this set for the Anfim SP II and the Super Caimano, and it drops into the Anfim 75mm burr mount.

Other Anfim 75mm models (SP-450, Scody and the Lusso lines) run the same mount, so this set should fit them too. Ask us first and we will confirm for your machine. Not for Eureka or Mythos grinders: their 75mm burrs turn the other way and use a different mount.

Installing your SSP burrs
- Take the old burr set out following the grinder maker's instructions.
- Vacuum or brush the burr seats clean. Old grounds and grit in the seat cause stalling and stop the burrs sitting true.
- Check the back of each new burr (top and bottom, inside and outside) so both go in the right way round.
- SSP asks for 3kg to 5kg of coarse grinding as a seasoning period. Until the edges pick up coffee oil the grinder may run slower than normal. Full city or French roast beans work well for this.
- Take care at espresso settings. Running the burrs together will damage them and the grinder.
