The Flair 58 Plus 2 includes everything from the Flair 58 Family, like an integrated pressure gauge, 58mm portafilter, and preheat controller, while adding three key upgrades:
- Upgrade 1: The preheat system controller has been embedded into the base for seamless control
- Upgrade 2: The power supply has been significantly reduced in size
- Upgrade 3: The wiring has been streamlined for ease of use
The preheat system still includes three different levels: low, medium and high, which roughly correlate to brewing temperatures needed for dark, medium and light roasts respectively. And, if you’re feeling the travel itch, this espresso maker easily unplugs to brew espresso without any wires.
