Business, Offices & Government Orders

We supply offices, cafes, schools and government departments across Australia — coffee machines and grinders for the break room, brewing gear, and fresh-roasted coffee. Purchase orders are welcome; here's exactly how it works.

How it works

1. Send us your list. Email hello@centralcoastcoffee.com.au with the products you need (links, SKUs, or a brief — happy to spec an office coffee setup for your headcount and budget).
2. We send a formal quote. On letterhead with our ABN and GST itemised — ready for your procurement system. Quotes are valid for 45 days.
3. Send your purchase order referencing the quote number. Once your PO lands, we allocate your stock — and order in anything not on the shelf — so the whole order is ready to go.
4. We issue the invoice. Payable by bank transfer (EFT) only for purchase-order sales.
5. Payment clears → your order ships (or is roasted — coffee follows the roast-day calendar) under our normal same-day rules.

The plain-English terms

• Prepaid only. Goods leave after payment is received — we don't offer credit accounts or net terms, for anyone. It's what keeps our pricing sharp.
• Quotes hold pricing for 45 days; your PO holds the stock. Stock is allocated (and backorders placed) when your purchase order arrives. If payment hasn't reached us within 45 days of the PO, the allocation is released and the order lapses — just ask for a fresh quote.
• GST tax invoices are issued for every order automatically.
• Regular office coffee? Ask about recurring orders and volume pricing on beans — we roast to order, so your office drinks it at its peak.
• Delivery, returns and warranty work exactly as our published Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Warranty policies describe — business customers get the same Australian Consumer Law coverage on eligible purchases.
