83mm Mazzer Conical Burrs & Integrated Bean Feeder

These 83mm conical burrs are the largest for home/commercial grinders, ensuring exceptional grind quality across brew methods. 5,000Kg rating for outlasting several lifetimes of heavy use. Pre-aligned, pre-seasoned for great flavour extraction. TiN coating enhances longevity while food-safe. Integrated bean feeder maintains consistent grind quality. 

Transmission Gearbox

A first in a manual grinder, Weber designed and manufactured their own 2-speed transmission. Lighter roasts are no longer a burden to manually grind. Drop down to 1st gear and let the gearbox cut your effort in half. For darker roasts jump up to 2nd gear for a faster grind.

Magnetic Dust Lid

Weber's brought the KEY's popular anti-popcorning and dust lid to the HG-2. Magnets allow the lid to pull apart and off for cleaning, or straight up and suspended with magnets for loading beans into the burr chamber. Once loaded, the cover easily drops right back down into place, preventing any fragments from bouncing out during grinding. 

Magic Tumbler

Weber's patented mechanism for automated WDT grounds homogenisation. Zero overspill, ready to drop into your portafilter, Aeropress, moka pot, or pour-over apparatus. Mk2 improves upon this with EG-1 inspired wipers that further reduce retention and static, all but eliminating the need for RDT.

Integrated Cleaning Brush

Solid teak handle, solid brass ferrule to protect the bristles when they go back into the handle, and a hidden magnet to hold it in place. Unparalleled details that show your dedication to cleanliness. The brush head screws out and can be replaced individually.
