SSP's 78mm multipurpose set is the same burr Timemore fits at the factory in the Sculptor 078SSP, so it drops straight in. The multipurpose cut gives a tight, unimodal particle spread with a low, controlled amount of fines. On filter that reads clear and bright with medium to high acidity. On espresso it is balanced and lighter bodied with a shorter finish, and there is plenty of dial range to work with.
Compatibility
Built for the 78mm Timemore Sculptor platform and a straight swap for the factory burrs.
