Roast range
Grind size moves the main peak left or right. Uniformity describes how narrow that peak is. Different burrs can need different grind settings.

Uniformity describes how similar the main particle sizes are.
Unimodal literally means one peak. In coffee discussions, it is also used for low-fines burrs, rather than a guarantee of no fines.
HU stands for High Uniformity. It is also a specific burr name, not a guarantee that it has the narrowest spread of every option.

SSP's 78mm burrs for the Timemore Sculptor 078 and 078S. Choose the burr and coating above. Each set is a straight swap for the factory burrs.
Choose the cut first. SSP suggests Red Speed (TiAlCN) for espresso and Silver Knight for filter. Owners who have compared both mostly say the cut makes the bigger difference. Both are rated for roughly 4,000 to 5,000kg of coffee.
Not for the Sculptor 064 or 064S, which take 64mm burrs. SSP made this size for the Sculptor 078 range only.
