It provides an essential resource for roasters, baristas, and educators to calibrate their sensory skills. Features include 22 common coffee aromatics split into essentials, defects, and common descriptors to help you accurately identify and communicate coffee flavors.
Simply do a cupping and keep one as the control, then give your other cupping bowls 2 sprays each of the aroma and then cup and train on that aromatic. The aromatics have been worked on for the last 5 years ensuring they are very accurate.
