This collection offers a rare chance to explore our highest tier filter lots. The set includes washed, natural and experimental profiles. Every day reveals a fresh character in the cup.
Filter brewing tips
Use a one to fifteen ratio. Grind a little finer for delicate or floral coffees. Use water just off boil. If the cup leans too sharp, slow the drawdown with a small amount of early agitation.
Espresso tips
Use a longer yield. One to two brings a richer cup. One to three brings more brightness and clarity.
