Are you looking to buy SSP 64mm SKD11 Burrs to fit Fellow ODE, Mazzer Mini, Super Jolly in Australia?
The same SKD11 tool steel burr as SSP's coated 64mm sets, left bare. SSP machines its own cutting geometry rather than copying the factory burr, so the grind is more even and the grinder runs faster than it does on stock steel. Uncoated burrs cost less up front, wear quicker and take longer to season.
Compatibility
Fits grinders built around the standard 64mm Mazzer burr pattern. Fellow Ode Gen 1 owners should check the 20 digit serial under the grinder first: digits 12 to 14 must read 210 or higher. Mazzer owners should centre the burrs before tightening the screws, and be ready to shim if they do not seat flat.

Not for the older 58mm doser Mazzer Mini, not for Eureka grinders (they use their own 64mm mount) and not for any conical grinder.
Features
- 64 x 64 x 8mm machined SKD11 tool steel, about 249g the set
- No coating, so figure on roughly 1,000kg of coffee against about 5,000kg for a coated set. That is still years of home grinding.
- Season with a few kilos of coffee. Bare steel takes longer to settle than coated burrs.
- SSP cuts the SKD11 set in more than one geometry. If you want a particular cut, tell us when you order and we will confirm it with SSP.
