SSP cuts its own geometry for the Mythos platform, 65 teeth on the top burr and 60 on the bottom, rather than coating an OEM burr. The result grinds faster and more evenly than the factory set, with a narrower sweet spot, so keep your puck prep tidy. Silver Knight makes slightly fewer fines than Red Speed, which suits filter and bulk grinding, or espresso with a lighter body and more clarity.

Compatibility

Sold as 74mm, and that is normal. Factory Mythos burrs are labelled 75mm, the mount is the same, and these drop straight in.
