Are you looking to buy SSP 64mm Multipurpose MP Red Speed Burrs to fit Fellow ODE, Mazzer Mini, Super Jolly, Lagom 64 in Australia?
The MP, or multipurpose, is the clarity burr of SSP's 64mm range: strong flavour separation, bright acidity and a lighter body. This is the set Fellow sells for the Ode. Red Speed is a titanium aluminium carbon nitride (TiAlCN) hard coating, and it keeps a touch more fines than Silver Knight, so shots carry a little more body. A brilliant filter burr and a good match for modern light roast espresso.
Compatibility
Fits grinders built around the standard 64mm Mazzer burr pattern. Fellow Ode Gen 1 owners should check the 20 digit serial under the grinder first: digits 12 to 14 must read 210 or higher. Mazzer owners should centre the burrs before tightening the screws, and be ready to shim if they do not seat flat.

- Multipurpose unimodal cut: high clarity, medium body
- Red Speed (TiAlCN) coating, rated for about 5,000kg of coffee
- Grinds roughly 200 microns finer than stock Ode burrs at the same setting
- Season with 3kg to 5kg of coffee before you judge the cup
