An 83mm SSP set for the Mazzer Major platform. SSP cuts its own geometry rather than copying the factory burr, so grinding is quicker and the grounds run cooler. Red Speed is a titanium aluminium carbon nitride (TiAlCN) hard coating, which protects the teeth and keeps heat out of the coffee.
