Are you looking to buy SSP Brewing Silver Knight 83mm Burrs for Mazzer Major, ZM and Turin DF83 in Australia?
The Brewing cut is SSP’s filter burr. Very low fines and very high clarity, so a good coffee comes through separated and clean. It is honest to a fault: average beans can read thin, and roast faults show up. Silver Knight trims the fines a little further again, which suits filter and bulk grinding.
Compatibility
Cut for the Mazzer Major and the 83mm Mazzer bolt pattern. Fitment is the same across every SSP 83mm geometry.
