The Brewing cut is SSP’s filter burr: very low fines and very high clarity, which lets a good coffee come through separated and clean. Red Speed keeps a touch more body than Silver Knight, so it is the pick if you want a filter burr that can still pull a long-ratio shot.

Cut for the Mazzer Major and the 83mm Mazzer bolt pattern. Fitment is the same across every SSP 83mm geometry.
