The Phoenix is the budget version of the M47 range, but don't be fooled by its low price! The alignment system and bearing support in the Phoenix are very similar to the Comandante C40 and use very similar materials however, the Phoenix axle is thicker (and consequently bearings are wider), giving the grinder some extra sturdiness.
The M47 range consists of the Phoenix, Traveller, Simplicity, Rebel, Classic & Titan and delivers a high-end experience in portable, manual coffee hand-grinders. It features extraordinary precision and reliability in producing the expected grind size ideal for brewing espresso and can comfortably grind for filter-style coffee time and time again.
Using stepless grinding, your favorite brewing method is consistently delivered. The micrometric grind adjustments of 0.01mm for 50 divisions per revolution uses four steel ball-bearings that are fixed into position to ensure the smoothest action whilst grinding for the perfect cup of coffee. Black Fusion coating on the burrs decreases wear and reduces the overall static build-up.
