This is the Cast Lab Sweet V3, the Red Speed twin of the LSV2 we already stock. Cast steel with geometry from the Ditting Lab Sweet line, so it sits between the body of the HU and the clarity of the MP, with sugary sweetness the headline. The Red Speed coat keeps a controlled amount of fines, so shots carry more body than the V2 while holding the cast set’s sweetness. Best on light and medium roasts, and skip oily beans.

Compatibility

Fits grinders built around the standard 64mm Mazzer burr pattern. Cast burrs sit taller than machined ones, so find your zero point again after fitting.

Mazzer owners: the screw holes carry up to 1mm of play, so centre the burrs before you tighten and check they seat flat. Fellow does not cover espresso grinding on the Ode under warranty. Not for the older 58mm doser Mazzer Mini, the plain Timemore Sculptor 064, or any Eureka grinder, which takes a different 64mm burr with its own mounting.
