SIBARIST DUAL v2

Two Brewing Chambers in One Dripper

DUAL v2 is a stainless steel precision screen that divides your dripper into two separate brewing chambers. Each chamber can hold a different coffee, grind size, ratio or recipe, all within a single brew.

Because each chamber has its own water contact time, each side extracts differently. Tune one chamber for acidity and the other for sweetness, or shape body, mouthfeel and aftertaste, then blend them into one balanced cup built to your taste.

Versions

  • CONE: conical drippers with 60º geometry (e.g. V60)
  • FLAT: flatbed brewers such as the Kalita 185 and similar
  • OREA O1: Special Edition format for the OREA O1 dripper

Materials

  • Stainless steel

Screen only. Drippers are not included.
