Precision Flow Tool for Flatbed Drippers
BOOSTER 45 is a precision-engineered stainless steel mesh disc designed to increase extraction strength and optimise drawdown flow in flatbed drippers with a 45 mm brewing bed.
Placed between the filter and the dripper, BOOSTER 45 increases contact points under the coffee bed, improving flow dynamics and enabling faster, more even drawdowns. This allows higher extraction yields without channelling, resulting in smoother, sweeter, and more refined cups—even when using finer grind sizes.
Co-developed with Matt Winton, 2021 World Brewers Cup Champion, BOOSTER 45 is designed to deliver the ideal balance between contact surface and free space, ensuring consistent and controlled extractions in flatbed brewing.
