How Impact Technology Works
Regular Distribution
Old distributors compress the coffee grounds straight down which may cause voids, that lead to channelling. This process is very inconsistent.
Impact Distribution
The new impact gravity distributor helps move the coffee grounds, by interlocking the particles creating less voids, reducing the chance of channelling. Resulting in improved consistency.
Gravity Distribution
Gravity technology in the distributor offers the advantage of adaptability to various basket sizes and coffee dosages.
