Are you looking to buy Nucleus Silk Milk Jug in Australia?
Product Due in December 2026, price TBD.
Product information subject to change before estimated release date.
Developed in collaboration with researchers at RMIT University in Melbourne, the Nucleus Silk Milk Jug takes a different approach to milk steaming, focusing on texture, foam stability and taste.
Unlike traditional milk jugs designed primarily for pouring and latte art, the Silk features a specially engineered shape that controls milk movement and circulation during steaming. This design aims to encourage more consistent air incorporation, creating finer microfoam with fewer large bubbles and a smoother, silkier mouthfeel.
By focusing on fluid dynamics and foam stability, Nucleus has designed the Silk to help baristas achieve more consistent milk texture and longer-lasting foam, enhancing the overall drinking experience.
