Brita Finesse Under sink Filter - Post Installation

Just want to start by stating Central Coast Coffee was helpful.
This is a review of the Brita unit and pack.

The bad.
- Unit arrived without the pressure regulator. CC helped replace this within two days.
- You will need to source your own mains water splitter
- Pipe mounts, mounting bracket etc did not come with screws or nails.
- Very minimal installation instructions, I had to do a lot of googling. E.g. No instructions for the tap install or the layout.
- You will also need a PVE pipe cutter. But that is a tool that you can understand is not included.

The good
- top quality tap, water filter tastes notably better. Coffee tastes brighter. Neat and tidy.

I may have misunderstood and bought it thinking it was an all in one self installation package. It almost is and for a few extra dollars it could be, I took my time and enjoyed the process and learnt a lot. I enjoyed the end product and recognise I probably did not completely understand what I was purchasing. But I am glad I did.
- Has a great flow rate.
- feels like a real upgrade from the unit based filters (Breville and Lelit), the taste and cost effectiveness is worth it. It also improves tea, soda stream and drinking water.
