Collection: El Diviso

The El Diviso collection showcases some of the most influential and progressive coffees to emerge from Colombia in recent years. Grown in the highlands of Pitalito, Huila, at elevations between 1,750 and 1,900 metres above sea level, these coffees come from a family-run farm led by the Lasso family, whose work has helped redefine modern Colombian specialty coffee.

Under the guidance of Jose Uribe Lasso and the next generation, including Nestor and Adrian Lasso, El Diviso has transitioned from traditional washed coffees into meticulously crafted microlots. Through rare varieties, precision-driven fermentation, and controlled drying protocols, the farm produces coffees known for clarity, structure, and expressive flavour, qualities that have made them regular selections for national and international barista competitions.
