- Removal of the Existing Unit
Turn off the water supply to your existing RHPR150 (or square sink of similar design), purging any excess water from the valve.
Disconnect the plumbing lines to the unit and remove the pan from your bench top.
- Mark the New Opening
Position the trim on the benchtop in your desired location, ensuring that it meets your workflow requirements.
Use the trims ID (Internal diameter) as a template to mark out the area to be cut, leaving enough bench for the trims' outer diameter to be attached to. - Cut the Bench
Carefully cut out the bench according to the marked layout. It is best to cut inside the line and work your way out than to cut away too much benchtop, leaving little purchase area for the trim to attach to. - Secure the Trim
Fasten the trim to the benchtop using silicone or adhesive with suitable properties that much the plastic of the trim and your bench top material.
Allow time for the adhesive to cure. - Install the RHCWMINI Sink
Place the RHCWMINI rinser tray into the opening with the trim in place.
Connect plumbing as required. We recommend leaving the rinser tray unsecured for ease of access when installing the plumbing and for future servicing requirements.
