Their meticulous approach to cultivation and processing yields lots that express complex fruit layers, floral aromatics, and balanced acidity — the kind of coffees that shine both as filter and espresso. At Redeemer, we’re proud to feature Iris Estate across several offerings in our collection. To preserve the farm’s freshness and flavour integrity year-round, we freeze all our green beans from Iris Estate immediately upon arrival, locking in their harvest character until the moment they’re roasted.
