Using coffee scoops to measure coffee beans and shot glasses to measure yield by volume can be unreliable when brewing by recipe. With The Flair Brew Scale, you can achieve the most precise measurements, with an accuracy of up to 0.1g. Moreover, the auto-tare and auto-time functions ensure that your brews are consistently on point!

- Pre-Infusion Mode, which starts the timer at the first drips and continues it until you lift the cup. It's ideal for recipes that require long holds and blooms.
- Auto Mode, which starts the timer at the first drips and stops it as soon as it senses no flow for 02 seconds. It's perfect for slow ramps straight to pressure with no pre-infusion steps.
- Manual Mode, which allows you to start and pause the timer manually throughout the brew, as well as tare and re-tare as necessary. It's great for filter and other brewing methods.
