A tight spread with enough fines for real body, so shots are full and punchy at normal ratios. Sweet and balanced with decent body, and easy to dial in. Zerno sells this cut as ULF. It takes the longest to settle, up to about 25kg.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRed Speed (TiAlCN) is the usual pick for espresso. Silver Knight (DLC type) runs with lower friction and is the usual pick for filter and bulk grinding.
